Senior Account Manager

Do you have outside B2B sales experience? Understand digital media, marketing, and advertising? Is working with an eco-minded organization important to you? We may have the position you’re looking for.
As our Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new leads and, eventually, closing sales. You will receive some basic product training, sales coaching, digital materials to provide to clients, and a competitive compensation package based on commission + performance incentives.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of outside B2B sales experience in a technical environment. While you may or may not have a post-secondary education, your attitude is important – we need someone who is willing to grow with our company.
If you are looking for an ordinary commission sales role, this is not it. We need someone who is willing to take on the role of Business Development Manager, building and managing our sales staff, when our growth permits. The Business Development Manager is a salary + performance incentive position.
Being green is important to us. We run a 100% virtual organization, and require our employees to equip their own offices remotely. We only provide digital materials, to avoid the unnecessary destruction of trees.
Our industry allows us to generate leads and close sales remotely, as our clients are used to buying over the phone. Travel is not required, and this position can be performed from anywhere in the US and Canada.
Our services are high dollar, high value. Your commission will be 25% of a fixed-term contract and 10% of recurring services, with performance incentives for meeting our very reasonable sales targets.
We offer speedy compensation (monthly on the first, for all contracts signed in the previous month), with a realistic first year income of $60K-$100K.
